To prevent and handle sexual harassment events, Carrefour provides the workplace that is free from sexual harassment. We established the “Policies and Measures of Prevention, Correction, Complaint and Punishment of Sexual Harassment of Carrefour” and “Investigation Measures of Prevention, Correction and Compliant of Sexual Harassment of Carrefour” in accordance with Article 13 in ; Regulations for Establishing Measures of Prevention, Correction, Complaint and Punishment of Sexual Harassment at Workplace; and Article 7 in Sexual Harassment Prevention Act. The public disclosure and statement are as follow:

I.All must not conduct sexual harassment and sexual assault.
II.People conducting sexual harassment shall be fined within the range of $NTD10000 to $NTD100000. Those who wage the power or use opportunity to conduct sexual harassment will be fined with 50% more.
III.People conducting sexual harassment or sexual assault shall be punished by the internal regulations besides the criminal and civil responsibilities.
